Ctrl K is
the insert hyperlink shortcut command. Using Ctrl K speeds the
hyperlink process
considerably.
1. Highlight the text you wish to
place a hyperlink on.
2. Either press Ctrl K, or click Insert,
then Hyperlink.
3. The Create Hyperlink Dialog Box
appears. If the proper page URL is listed in your site, scroll down the
choices until you see the page you wish to link to, and then click on the
link once. The page's URL appears in the URL drop down list box. If the
link is not listed, type in the exact URL of the referenced site.
4. When the correct URL is listed in the URL
drop down list, click OK.
Tip: To unlink text, highlight it
and then click Edit, Unlink. The highlighted text is then not linked and
appears with no under line mark beneath it.
